This exciting development is JMK\u2019s fourth hotel in London and represents a significant expansion to its overall portfolio of hotels, while marking its first venture into luxury-branded hospitality. The project is located in Zone 1, Monument, City of London \u2013 EC4N 7AE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With established operations across London, Dublin, Cork and Waterford, and multiple openings planned for Q1 2026\u2014including Aloft &amp; Residence Inn by Marriott in Belfast, Home2 Suites by Hilton in Dublin, and a luxury boutique hotel in Kensington, London\u2014as well as an active development in Galway, the company continues to expand its presence in key city and regional markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Work in the Monument site is scheduled to commence in Q2 2026, with the hotel expected to open in Q1 2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Conservation, reuse and public realm<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>JMK is dedicated to repurposing the existing building through a careful programme of refurbishment and extension, while safeguarding the site\u2019s historic significance. The project places a strong emphasis on adaptive reuse, carbon efficiency, and meaningful community engagement which is core to JMK\u2019s strategy of hotel developments.
